Project Info

We provided Authorized Person, project design and project management services to the client for the execution of the renovation works.  The renovation project extensively refurbished and upgraded the Commercial Centre’s amenities and facilities.  The enhanced fire safety provision and Barrier Free Access facilities improved the safety and quality of life of residents of adjacent public housing estates.  The utilization of floor space and enhancement of the trade mix provided a greater diversification of products and services to the neighbourhood.
