Project Info

To harmonise the interior modernization design on G/F & 1/F with the exterior, the podium façade wall facing Mody Road is modified. This ten-month project involved A&A works for the reorganization of the internal retail areas on G/F and 1/F.  These included structural works and the construction of new facade walls with installation of new designed items including stone cladding, glass shopfronts, canopy, signage and LED panels. The new design standout as the building’s presence on Mody Road.
