This project includes the renovation of all external wall tiles and the refurbishment of the common areas of three residential buildings, each of twenty-nine storeys at South Bay.  As the 176 units of these buildings are still in occupation, close coordination with all parties involved was demanded for planning and the successful completion of the project.
