Project Info

We act as Authorized Person and Project Manager of this project.  The renovation works involve full refurbishment of whole existing wet market and partial shopping arcade at others floors.  By the re-arrangement of mean of escape as well as existing circulation staircases, additional useable floor spaces are released.  New toilets are also formed to enhance the hygiene.  With the complete renovation of covered corridor at ground floor and common corridor at level 4, the public enjoyment on the shopping activity is also greatly improved.
