J Plus Hotel by YOO is a 25-storey building located within the liveliest shopping district at the heart of Causeway Bay.  It has 56 boutique hotel rooms and food and beverages outlets, which provide comfort and convenience for visitors seeking a unique experience.  In light of the operation need, our client intended to enlarge the back of house area to provide better services to the visitors and enhance the asset value.  We provided professional services in handling the complicated procedure for the renewal of hotel license.  Besides, we assisted our client in site work monitoring and liaison with government authorities.
