Project Info

The 10-storey residential building was successfully converted into a boutique hotel comprising of 64 guestrooms and food and beverage services.  Acting as the lead consultant for the conversion project, we led the project team to carry out comprehensive A&A works including new lift installation, staircase modification, façade renovation and building services enhancement.  We effectively coordinated with the project team and contractor to mitigate all technical hurdles and deliver a timely completion.  The value of the property was significantly enhanced after the A&A works.
