Project Info

As appointed E&M design consultant, we designed the building services, engineering mechanical ventilation, above ground and below ground drainage, fire services and electrical power and lighting design.  The A&A works are designated in various locations within the shopping arcade.  The empathic MEP designs allowed the existing shops to remain in business, substantial was a perquisite of coordination and phasing designs together with close collaboration with design team and contractor’s team allowed us to fulfill this client’s requirement.

Project Scope

• Reconfiguration of retails and shopping mall toilets
• Modified the circulation areas and introduced new escalator to enhance shopper’s convenience
• Renovation of new site management offices, internal planter and external landscape lighting designs
