Project Info

The premises is a shopping centre erected in year 1989.  The aim of this project was to enhance the values of premises by rec-onfiguring the internal layout and refurbishment of the interior and building façade.  Our design has improved the efficiency of the premises by maximizing lettable area and helping to facilitate a better flowing internal circulation.  The façade has been updated with a cost effective solution.  The entire renovation work comprised 3 phases so as to minimize disturbance to operation and commercial activities and completed in December 2014.
