Project Info

We act as Authorized Person, project manager and building services engineer of the project.  The project divides into three phases while partial commercial centre will maintain daily operation during construction works.  Phase 1 works mainly involve the re-layout of existing retail shop with extension of shopfront in order to fully utilize the lettable floor area.
